Feast of Seven Fishes Gift Box

Buon Natale! You’re celebrating the Feast of the Seven Fishes with us! If you’re an East Coast Italian-American, then you know that this Southern Italian tradition came to America through New York’s Little Italy in the late 1800s. Originally known as La Vigilia (The Vigil), this seven-course seafood feast is enjoyed on Christmas Eve to commemorate the late-night birth of Christ. 

Our line-up of products is perfectly suited to a luxurious seafood meal for two to four people, depending on appetites. This product arrives complete with 7 original Wildfish Cannery recipe cards designed exclusively for this feast. As you will see, there is very little you need to do to these perfectly preserved specimens of aquatic protein, but still just enough to provide you with some festive kitchen activities on Christmas Eve. The Line-up:

Smoked Herring: robust, savory flavor with a rich dose of umami and smoke.

Smoked Geoduck: rich, bite-sized morsels from nature's most curious clam.

Smoked White King:  tender yet firm, with a delicate flavor and a decadent richness.

Espinaler Premium Berberechos (Cockles): tender, mild, and approachable.

Espinaler Premium Ventresca (Tuna Belly): melt-in-your-mouth texture with a rich, buttery flavor.

Conservas De Cambados Angulas (Baby Eels): covered with olive oil and chili pepper, gracing them with a light, spicy touch.
