Foraged and Found Sea Asparagus Pesto

Nearly every coastal community has a local, nutrient-rich wild beach green. Here on Prince of Wales Island, we forage along our beaches and bays for the small, fleshy seacoast plants throughout the spring and summer, which we lovingly call sea asparagus. From our friends at Foraged & Found, this product gives traditional pesto an extra nutritional punch by adding vitamin-rich sea greens to the traditional ingredient line-up of Italy's favorite condiment. 

Tasting notes: Superfood sea asparagus (Salicornia) is blended with herbs and lemon to create a bright, nutritious pesto
