Custom Processing FAQ's

We ask that you follow good field care protocols, meaning fish should be properly gutted, clean, and chilled upon arrival. Fish may be refused until protocols are followed.

Wildfish Cannery does not ship Vacuum Packed and Frozen seafood. We do ship cans from our Klawock facility via USPS.

After-hours drop offs and pick ups can be arranged with an appointment, so please email us in advance of your fishing trip so that we can connect you with on-site Cannery staff.

At minimum, please allow 24 hours for Vacuum-Packed and Frozen products, 2-3 days for Smoked Vacuum Packed products, and 2 weeks for Canned products. Processing times subject to change during the height of the fishing season.

All pricing is based on incoming fish weight.
