Wildfish Cannery has been Prince of Wales Island's premier custom processor since 1987. Whether you're a local, a visitor, or a lodge or charter captain, if you're in need of someone to process your catch, we've got you covered.

Custom Processing FAQ's
We ask that you follow good field care protocols, meaning fish should be properly gutted, clean, and chilled upon arrival.
Wildfish Cannery does not ship frozen Vacuum Packed seafood. We do ship cans from our Klawock facility via USPS.
Off hours drop offs and pick ups can be arranged with an appointment, so please email us in advance of your fishing trip so that we can connect you with on-site Cannery staff. An after hours service charge of $100 will be applied.
Please allow 24 hours for Vacuum-Packed products, 2-3 days for Smoked Vacuum Packed products, and 2 weeks for Canned products.
All pricing is based on incoming fish weight.
