Wildfish uses USPS Priority Mail flat-rate shipping, the fastest and most affordable way to send packages from our remote location. All shipping charges are reflected on the checkout page, and are automatically determined by the size of flat-rate package needed to accommodate and safely secure the goods in your order.

Fulfillment Time

While fulfillment times vary based on volume of orders, our small team strives to fulfill orders as soon as possible. Orders placed Friday thru Sunday will begin processing the following week.

Domestic Delivery Time

We appreciate our customers who are committed to ordering straight from the source, and their understanding that shipping from remote locations can often be challenging due to limited access. Orders to most locations can be expected to arrive within 7-10 business days once shipped.
Please note that once our team tenders your shipment to a carrier, we do not have control over carrier delays. Shipping times and delivery are in accordance with holidays and operating hours observed by the USPS. Additionally, Wildfish Cannery's fulfillment center will be closed on the following days:
New Year's Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
Though we hope to be able to offer them in the future, expedited shipping, international shipping, and shipping options via alternative carriers are not available at this time.
Wildfish guarantees delivery to all U.S. locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories, and what we fondly refer to as "the Lower-48."


Refunds and Returns

Wildfish is happy to issue an exchange or return shipping label for non-food items that are damaged or tampered with only. Size discrepancies are not considered damaged or tampered with. We cannot accept returns on food items, but are happy to issue a refund or replacement if your canned or jarred good has been damaged or tampered with. Please email us at info@wildfishcannery.com and provide a photo if possible: this is helpful in ensuring we are able to be very specific when speaking to our team about potential oversights and quality control. 
Please note:
The handling of our product is something we take quite seriously, as it affects the integrity of the seafood and the presentation we strive for in our hand-packed seafood (especially our delicate salmon.) We recommend shipping no more than twice—once from us to you, and once more from you to your loved ones if you plan on gifting. This means products that have been returned to us are out of commission. Due to the inability to re-stock product, Wildfish Cannery will not issue refunds or be responsible for replacing packages that are refused, abandoned, addressed incorrectly, showing as "Delivered" by USPS tracking, or otherwise flagged for "Return to Sender."

Lost Packages

We understand that shipping isn't entirely risk-free and options from rural Alaska are limited, which is why we're grateful for your purchase! While we cannot guarantee a replacement of lost packages, we're happy to work with our customers to figure out the best means of replacement.
Packages can officially be deemed lost after 21 days, according to the USPS. If your package appears lost/not "Delivered" we ask for customers' patience for this 21 day period.
