A good cracker game is essential if you love tinned fish, so we were pretty stoked when we first tasted these White Sonora Crackers from Hayden Flour Mills.

Much like Wildfish Cannery, Hayden Flour Mills was born from the idea that sometimes modern food production practices can deteriorate flavor. And like us, the founders of Hayden Flour Mills saw a better way...the old way. So all the grains in their crackers are stone milled, an old-world process where the whole grain is crushed into flour by rotating stones. Unlike modern roller mills that tend to shave off and discard the flavor and nutrients found in whole grains, Hayden's process of stone milling in small batches preserves the natural oils and nutrients of the grain, creating a more flavorful, nutrient-dense product.

We love Hayden's mission to take nibblers like us from lackluster, over-processed wheat into a world alive with flavor, texture, aroma, and nutrients through heritage grains and the art of stone milling. We love these crackers, and we think you will too.

Tasting notes: White Sonora is the oldest variety of wheat in North America, dating back to the 1600s. Crisp and naturally sweet, with a density that makes it the perfect vessel for the perfect bite

Serve it up: White Sonora Crackers are hearty enough to hold a hefty chunk of Wildfish seafood and pair well with charcuterie board favorites like soft-ripened cheese spreads and pickled veggies.

Source: native grains harvested from the ground up in the Arizona desert - yes, more than cacti can grow and flourish in the desert!

Ingredients: White Sonora Flour, Non-GMO Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Salt, Sugar, Rosemary Extract (for freshness).

Allergens: Contains wheat. Manufactured on equipment shared with eggs, dairy, tree nuts, and sesame seeds.

Size: 4oz
