Delicious cod

This is a really beautiful way to prepare some really fine fish. I have enjoyed fresh and salt cod all my life. First time from a tin, but I think this has to be one the best tinned fish I've ever had

Not my favorite

I was going to add it to a salad but is was more like a stew than chunks of fish. I nearly threw it out, but I tasted it. It was OK, so I ate it out of the can. It wasn't really to my taste. No smoke and no spicy heat either. But that's just my taste preferences.

I would have preferred it to be more like the smoked salmon with large, flaky pieces of fish. If you did smoked code like the smoked salmon, I'd be much happier.
