This so far was my favorite, fresh soft and the right amount of pepper. Delicious out of the tin or on buttered toast.

Peperonata Perfection

The pacific cod perponata is a savory can that I wish I had taken more to appreciate. While it went well well with my crostinis I can't help but to imagine it would have been so much better if I had instead served it over some fresh rice and veggies. Thankfully I've got more that will be making their way from tin to table very soon.
