What's in the box

This is not tinned fish. It's just salmon in a can with a pinch of salt.

Before you give us too much credit, we want you to know, this isn't a new product concept. The OG Klawock cannery got the ball rolling back in 1878. Smoking? That's a luxury. With Alaska boasting the world's largest wild sockeye population, plain packed sockeye came about from the urgent need to get sockeye into cans as fast as possible.

And just to drive the point home: no smoke, just fish and a pinch of salt. Got it? Good.

In a nutshell

Plain packed sockeye—deep red, bold bite, unapologetic salmon flavor. Not your grandma’s tall can—this is fierce Alaska fish, ready to rule every recipe.

Our sockeye is seine- and gillnet-caught all throughout Alaska, then hand-cut and canned in Klawock—our tiny town at the edge of the Pacific. Each tin is slow-pressure cooked in small batches to preserve sockeye’s signature deep-red color, firm flake, and unapologetically rich flavor.

Then we do something extra:

Nothing. Just salmon and a pinch of salt. Pure, clean, and classic—this is sockeye in its truest form.
