I purchased the smoked king, smoked sockeye, and smoked coho.. a single can of each. Of the 3, sockeye was my favorite. Sockeye was a bit more tender. All of them were very salty and briny, so I prefer to add it to a recipe. Try it in a salmon dip! Cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, a splash of Worcestershire sauce, fresh lemon juice, and chives and dill. Wonderful!!!

Somehow wet and also super dry. Maybe over smoked? Had to mix with mayo to eat it.

Nice wild caught taste, but Coho really lacks the fat contents for smoking, so it was kinda dry eaten directly from can. Best to mix this great fish into a spread.
