Refunds and Returns

Wildfish is happy to issue an exchange or return shipping label for non-food items that are damaged or tampered with only. Size discrepancies are not considered damaged or tampered with. We cannot accept returns on food items, but are happy to issue a refund or replacement if your canned or jarred good has been damaged or tampered with. Please email us at info@wildfishcannery.com and provide a photo if possible: this is helpful in ensuring we are able to be very specific when speaking to our team about potential oversights and quality control. 

Please note:
The handling of our product is something we take quite seriously, as it affects the integrity of the seafood and the presentation we strive for in our hand-packed seafood (especially our delicate salmon.) We recommend shipping no more than twice—once from us to you, and once more from you to your loved ones if you plan on gifting. This means products that have been returned to us are out of commission. Due to the inability to re-stock product, Wildfish Cannery will not issue refunds or be responsible for replacing packages that are refused, abandoned, addressed incorrectly, showing as "Delivered" by USPS tracking, or otherwise flagged for "Return to Sender."
