Wildfish guarantees delivery to all U.S. locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories, and what we fondly refer to as "the Lower 48." Orders are shipped on business days only via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders are normally fulfilled 1-4 days after they are placed (depending on volume of orders in the queue). Shipping normally takes anywhere from 5-14 business days from the day the order was fulfilled. Though we hope to be able to offer them in the future, expedited shipping, international shipping, and shipping options via alternative carriers are not available at this time.

Note: Most orders ship from our fulfillment partner in Utah. Contracting with a 3PL is a normal business operation, even for small companies like ours. It decreases your shipping costs and gets you your order much more quickly and reliably. Shipping orders to the Lower 48 from our remote cannery in Alaska is not ideal. In wintertime, we can go days without mail coming or leaving the island! Although it's not always possible, we do try to ship all orders headed to an address in Alaska directly from the cannery in Klawock.
