We made a tinned fish fork! You no longer have to eat our fish with your fingers.

Our friend Rico did all the real work on this one. Visit his website, buy some stuff and read about his work below:

"Rico Lanáat’ Worl is a Tlingit/Athabascan social designer and artist with training in anthropology.

His work started in developing the arts department at Sealaska Heritage Institute, implementing programs to empower the indigenous artists of Southeast Alaska. The programs focused on developing fundamental skills and access to resources.

Through his ongoing project, Trickster Company, He carries forward the goals of empowering indigenous artists, Celebrating indigenous resilience, promoting cross cultural connection, representing modern indigenous people to Alaska's visitors, and breaking into a tourism market that profits from Alaska Native art styles with little to no return to the communities that spent thousands of years developing those styles.

Currently Rico is working towards developing his skills in digital 3d sculpture and exploring themes of indigenous futurism."

Great product

It’s super cute and well made. The price is right but the shipping was terrible and took almost two weeks

Apoligies for the shipping delay! We've been shipping everything directly from our cannery here in Alaska. It takes forever and we're slow, but will be moving our shipping back to the lower 48 within the next few weeks!

Fun Fish Fork

Just a quirky little tool to make your tin fish experience more enjoyable. It actually is functional for opening tin and to get out your fish.

Unique

Sleek, native design. Can’t decide if I’d like it polished better. A little pricey but unique nonetheless. Pairs well with tinned fish.

Interesting Item

Could not resist the overall novelty of this item so I bought one. The design has aesthetic appeal, and the Tlinget connection is a good story. I thought it seemed short for its intended purpose, but it actually works pretty well. I don't like the spines of sardines, and this fork helps remove the deenz from the can with less disruption and helps one separate the body halves to remove the spine. Recommended.

Tool and fork!

Fun tinned fish fork, can help with opening tinned fish, and the times are wide enough for big and small fish. Love it and hope to buy more for me and friends but sold out at time of review.
