In a nutshell

Smoked coho meets Barnacle’s hellfire kelp—spicy, smoky, sweat-inducing glory. Love it or leave it. Rice cakes are down the hall.

Caught Wild. Canned Wild. Made With Care In Alaska.

Our coho is line-caught in local waters, then hand-filleted, brined, and smoked right here in Klawock—our tiny town at the edge of the Pacific. Each tin is small-batch cooked to capture the dense, meaty flake and naturally rich flavor coho is known for.

Then we do something extra:

We drench it in Barnacle Foods’ kelp-infused habanero hot sauce. Smoky, spicy, and tangled with the taste of Alaska’s own coastline, it’s a can that bites back—in the best way possible.

Not bad

It was average tasting, guess I was expecting more flavor. I know its canned but both products were very Salty. Very confusing way to track shipment, you had to download an app and it wouldn't update, and it took very long to receive the product. In the end it was too much hassle for the very high price tag.

We do not require a third party app for tracking, it's an option but not required, you recived a email with your tracking information in it. If the tins are to salty for your tastes adding it to one of our amazing recipes or on a salad is quite delicious.

Habanero Salmon

I think this new salmon is delicious!
I was afraid it might be too hot.
It wasn't even though we are from Arizona and like hot foods.
We are right out of the can after tasting it. Yum😋
