We overhauled the recipe from the previous version. And trust us, it's better.

In a nutshell

Mellow line-caught rockfish paired with zingy sumac and chill dill. A trifecta of flavors that are comfortably familiar, yet not at all ordinary.

Caught Wild. Canned Wild. Made With Care In Alaska.

Our rockfish is hook-and-line caught in the cold waters of Southeast Alaska and canned in Klawock—our tiny town at the edge of the Pacific. Every tin is slow-pressure cooked in small batches to lock in delicate, flaky texture and clean ocean flavor.

Then we do something extra:

We season the fish with a splash of extra virgin olive oil and a dash of sumac and dill. Bright, citrusy, and bold, it’s a flavor that leaps from the tin—perfect for tossing with grains, spreading on bread, or eating straight with a fork.

Rockfish rocks!

I really love the flavor of this variety. A real treat and variant from fish and flavors I’m used to. (Don’t get me wrong, love all the Salmon too!)

Great seafood! A little too salty.

The Cod and the Rockfish are my favorite, and I've tried most of them. I keep re-ordering the Rockfish, the Cod, and the Coho. But I would love to see one that is a little lower in salt.
