Rockfish, Sumac, Extra Virgin Olive Oil

$12.00

We overhauled the recipe from the previous version. And trust us, it's better.

The fish itself mild and flakey. The sumac adds a nice bright lift to the flavor.

The tins are topped off in top quality Spanish extra virgin olive oil. A 50/50 Picual and Arbequina blend.

Great seafood! A little too salty.

The Cod and the Rockfish are my favorite, and I've tried most of them. I keep re-ordering the Rockfish, the Cod, and the Coho. But I would love to see one that is a little lower in salt.

Wonderful!

I will admit I ate my first tin of Rockfish cold. The texture reminded me of albacore tuna and the garlic and sumac flavoring complimented each other well. I was expecting a stronger garlic, olive oil profile which could have taken a back seat due to the overall temp while eating. I will find out on my next tin!

Rockfish, Sumac…………

It was ok, but not my favorite flavor. I liked others a lot more.
