Our coho is hook-and-line caught just outside Klawock in the cold, swift waters of Southeast Alaska, then hand-cut and canned right here in our tiny town at the edge of the Pacific.

Then we do something extra:

We smoke it over natural hardwood, giving this everyday salmon a deep, savory backbone. Each tin is slow-pressure cooked in small batches to hold on to coho’s meaty flake and clean, ocean-rich flavor. Dependable, hearty, and full of smoke, it’s the can you’ll keep reaching for again and again.
