In a nutshell

Smoked king salmon—omega-3 richness, king-level smoke, savory strut. Alaska’s fattest, richest fish, smoked silky. Canned grandeur, tinned indulgence—call it victuals, we call it boss.

Caught Wild. Canned Wild. Made With Care In Alaska.

Our king salmon is hook-and-line caught in the pristine waters of Southeast Alaska, then hand-cut and canned in Klawock—our tiny town at the edge of the Pacific.

Then we do something extra:

We smoke it over natural hardwood, layering deep, savory richness onto the most prized salmon of them all. Each tin is slow-pressure cooked in small batches to capture the buttery texture and full-bodied flavor that make king the crown of Alaska salmon. Bold yet silky, it’s Alaska’s king—preserved in its truest form

Very Expensive Treat

At $16 for 3.5 oz, it is very pricey! That equates to over $73 lb.
It is very good, but too expensive for me to continue.

Wild King salmon is one of the most expensive proteins on earth right now. Our coho is 9 a tin and equally as delicous, we also have a plain pack tin thats 6 oz and also 9 a tin.

Best smoked canned fish ever.

I’ve sent this to several friends as gifts, all of whom have absolutely raved about it, and several who have then given it as gifts as well. Their whole lineup of fish is great, but the King is my personal favorite.
It’s pricey, but worth it as a very special treat.

Overpriced

Tastes good but very small can and extremely expensive

King salmon is one of the most expensive proteins on earth, comparable to Wagyu. Our coho tin is an equally as delicous and lower priced option.
