In a nutshell

Smoked king salmon—omega-3 richness, king-level smoke, savory strut. Alaska’s fattest, richest fish, smoked silky. Canned grandeur, tinned indulgence—call it victuals, we call it boss.

Caught Wild. Canned Wild. Made With Care In Alaska.

Our king salmon is hook-and-line caught in the pristine waters of Southeast Alaska, then hand-cut and canned in Klawock—our tiny town at the edge of the Pacific.

Then we do something extra:

We smoke it over natural hardwood, layering deep, savory richness onto the most prized salmon of them all. Each tin is slow-pressure cooked in small batches to capture the buttery texture and full-bodied flavor that make king the crown of Alaska salmon. Bold yet silky, it’s Alaska’s king—preserved in its truest form

Overpriced

Tastes good but very small can and extremely expensive

King salmon is one of the most expensive proteins on earth, comparable to Wagyu. Our coho tin is an equally as delicous and lower priced option.

No longer the same size

I like your King and what you have in Birch Bark but you have made your cans the same price for about half of what they use to be. I have stopped buying from you.

The bulk of our tins will now be 3.5 oz except for the plain pack, it will stay in the 6oz. Our Coho tin was priced at 14 a can and is now priced at 9, having that lower price point is essential for us because it more easily brings in new customer's. We are competing with some pretty big venture backed company's for shelf space in stores and we wanted to be at a price point more comparable to our competitors. If you take a look at other tinned fish brands you'll notice we are still priced lower than them and at a much higher quality since they used farmed salmon and we use Alaskan wild caught from a hook and line fishery.
