In a nutshell

Smoked king salmon—omega-3 richness, king-level smoke, savory strut. Alaska’s fattest, richest fish, smoked silky. Canned grandeur, tinned indulgence—call it victuals, we call it boss.

Caught Wild. Canned Wild. Made With Care In Alaska.

Our king salmon is hook-and-line caught in the pristine waters of Southeast Alaska, then hand-cut and canned in Klawock—our tiny town at the edge of the Pacific.

Then we do something extra:

We smoke it over natural hardwood, layering deep, savory richness onto the most prized salmon of them all. Each tin is slow-pressure cooked in small batches to capture the buttery texture and full-bodied flavor that make king the crown of Alaska salmon. Bold yet silky, it’s Alaska’s king—preserved in its truest form

Wrong order

I ordered three cans of Geoduck clams and got King Salmon instead. I still want some Geoduck when it is available.

Hi Louis, you're welcome to shoot us an Email at Info@wildfishcannery.com and we can get the issue with your order worked out.

Good fish, too salty

Good smoke flavor, good fish texture and flavor. Only issue is it’s way too salty, both for the flavor, and the health benefits of the fish being negated by too much sodium

Love this tinned fish! Tastes like it was just packed. Fresh and delicious.

Awesome, I need a little more product or charge a little less. And i would definitely buy a bunch. The ratios are off, so I'll only buy on special occasions.
