In a nutshell

Smoked king salmon—omega-3 richness, king-level smoke, savory strut. Alaska’s fattest, richest fish, smoked silky. Canned grandeur, tinned indulgence—call it victuals, we call it boss.

Caught Wild. Canned Wild. Made With Care In Alaska.

Our king salmon is hook-and-line caught in the pristine waters of Southeast Alaska, then hand-cut and canned in Klawock—our tiny town at the edge of the Pacific.

Then we do something extra:

We smoke it over natural hardwood, layering deep, savory richness onto the most prized salmon of them all. Each tin is slow-pressure cooked in small batches to capture the buttery texture and full-bodied flavor that make king the crown of Alaska salmon. Bold yet silky, it’s Alaska’s king—preserved in its truest form

Surprised

I wasn't sure what to expect from Wildfish Cannery. I just wanted to support a small fishing business. But it was gooood! The smoke flavor was not overpowering and was very tasty. I've eaten alot of smoked fish in my day (white fish, salmon, chubs, etc) --I rate this right at the top. Can't wait to try the herring.
